Clay Target Shooting, Indoor Pistol Range & Archery.

Coon Creek Hunt Club has several offerings for those who enjoy clay target shooting and hand gun shooting. Club members have full access to our clubhouse and shooting ranges throughout the summer.

Trap Range

Our layout was built according to the American Trap Association field layout which guarantees the game to be same no matter where you shoot. Targets are released from one house and shooters move through the five different shooting positions during the round.

Stand

5 stand is a cross between trap, skeet & sporting clays and allows for a lot of clay target action packed into a small area. Participants rotate between several locations and are presented a combination of different shots. Another advantage of 5 stand is that shooters can pick a location and practice the shoots they have the hardest time with instead of rotating throughout all stations.

Sporting Clays Duck Blind

You never can practice enough for duck season, so we have designed a sporting clays range to mimic your classic locked-up mallard & those crafty teal, which always seem to get away.

Outdoor Archery Range

Coon creeks archery range is set-up for with both 3D targets and standard bag targets for your enjoyment and practice. We do have an elevated platform to simulate hunting out of tree stands.

Indoor Pistol Range

Yes, that’s right your own private pistol range without the crowds. Our members get to enjoy a top-notch range with good lighting and top of the line amenities, without the hassle of over crowed ranges and people breathing down your neck. Once trained on how to use our range members are free to shoot when they want with our keycard accessed range.
